ABOUT LABRADOODLES

Labradoodles are a popular hybrid breed that results from crossing a Labrador Retriever with a Standard Poodle. They were originally bred in the 1980s with the aim of creating a hypoallergenic guide dog with the friendly and trainable qualities of Labradors. Labradoodles are known for their curly or wavy coats, which can vary in color and texture. Their non-shedding and low-allergenic properties make them a great choice for individuals with allergies or asthma.

In addition to their hypoallergenic qualities, Labradoodles are cherished for their friendly and outgoing personalities. They are often described as intelligent, affectionate, and social dogs that enjoy being part of a family. Labradoodles thrive on human companionship and are known to get along well with children and other pets. They are highly trainable and often excel in activities such as obedience training, agility, and therapy work. Labradoodles require regular exercise to keep them mentally and physically stimulated, and their adaptable nature allows them to fit into various lifestyles, whether it be an active household or a more relaxed environment. With their charming looks and lovable personalities, Labradoodles have captured the hearts of many dog lovers worldwide.

FAQs

Got a question? We’re here to help.

  • Do the puppies have their shots and vaccinations?

Yes, we provide them with their first vaccination shot, which is a 5-in-1 (DHPP) puppy shot. This vaccine will prevent distemper, parvovirus, parainfluenza, and two types of adenovirus (hepatitis). We also see that they receive three rounds of dewormer.

  • Are your dogs registered?

Yes, all of our dogs are fully AKC registered, and we will have paperwork for each puppy for the new owners to register them if they choose to.

  • Do you require a down payment?

Yes, there is a non-refundable $100 deposit. This deposit is due in order to hold your place in line to pick out a puppy when they are between 4 and 5 weeks old.

  • What is your process?

We collect a $100 non-refundable deposit to reverse your right to pick out a puppy. At the 4 or 5-week-old mark, you can select a puppy, and we collect another $200 at that time. Then the final payment is due for the remaining balance once the puppy is picked up to go to its new home when it is 7 or 8 weeks old. You can learn about our whole process HERE.

  • How much are the puppies handled?

All of the puppies receive daily interaction from our whole family. They are kept with their mother until they have been weaned, which is normally around the 4-week mark.

  • When can we come see the puppies in person?

Puppies are able to be held and picked out when they are 4 weeks old. If you would like to visit before that, please contact us and request an earlier visit. We do recommend waiting until their eyes are opened and they are moving around, but we will meet with you sooner if you want to.
